WHAT YOU MAY BE WONDERING...
what's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy often explores past experiences, emotional wounds, trauma, and patterns that impact mental health and relationships. Therapy is a clinical service that may include diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. Clinicians much be licensed in the same state that they are providing therapy.

Coaching is non clinical and focuses on growth and forward movement. It supports clients in clarifying values and goals, strengthening self-trust, and taking aligned action in the present and future. Although it's possible to include coaching goals into therapy, coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy. It is unregulated in most states and does not require a license to practice.

Both can be deeply supportive—they simply serve different purposes. Clients who are actively experiencing significant mental health distress or who are seeking clinical diagnosis or treatment are encouraged to work with a licensed therapist alongside or instead of coaching.

how effective will this be virtually?
I’ve been doing this work online (and psychotherapy in my other business) since before the pandemic, and both I and my clients have found virtual sessions to be just as effective as meeting in person.

The work itself isn’t limited by physical distance. For many people, meeting online actually feels more comfortable and accessible—they’re able to settle in from their own space, without the added time or energy of travel. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and what helps you feel most at ease and present for the session.
what sets you apart from other coaches?
This work is a blend of grounded training and intuitive knowing. While our work together is not psychotherapy, my clinical background informs how I hold space: with strong boundaries, emotional safety, thoughtful, well-timed questions (with both you and Spirit), and attunement.

I also work intuitively, integrating tools such as Tarot, mediumship, and shamanic practices when appropriate, alongside a systemic lens that helps identify patterns and see how everything connects. This approach is especially supportive for those who have done a great deal of inner work and sense there is something more waiting to be integrated.
How many sessions do you recommend?
It depends on what you’re seeking and how you are wired. Some clients find that a single session is enough to bring the clarity, insight, or the meaningful shift they needed. Others choose to continue for a deeper arc of support—especially when working with an ongoing theme, transition, or area of life that’s asking for sustained attention. All of the clients who find their way to me are already highly motivated and ready to engage, and they often choose to work together over several sessions. While there’s no required commitment, a short series of sessions (often around 5–7) can allow space for integration, momentum, and deeper unfolding. You’re always welcome to start with one session and see what feels aligned from there.
I am unsure of what i need or which service. how will i know what to book?
It’s very common to feel unsure at the beginning. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
If you’re feeling uncertain, you’re welcome to contact me and we can briefly discern together what kind of support would be most aligned for you at this time. If you’d prefer to choose a starting point on your own, I usually recommend beginning with an intuitive coaching session. This session is designed to help clarify what’s present, what you’re seeking, and which form of ongoing support—if any—would best serve you. It often helps set the stage for deeper work-whether that unfolds through ongoing coaching, or another offering. You can always adjust as we go. I am very collaborative in my approach.
i want to book a mediumship reading. why is there a recommendation to wait at least 6 months after a major loss?
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and there is no “right” way to mourn. The recommendation to wait is not about readiness or worthiness—it’s about support and effectiveness. In the early stages of a major loss, grief is often very acute. When someone is hoping to hear from a specific loved one in Spirit, that intensity can make it harder to receive the full benefit of a mediumship reading. Because I don’t control who comes through or how communication unfolds, mediumship works best when there is a degree of openness and flexibility rather than a strong expectation. Allowing some time after a loss can help create more emotional and energetic space; this makes the experience feel grounding, supportive, and meaningful, rather than overwhelming. If you’re unsure whether the timing feels right, you’re welcome to reach out and we can discern together what kind of support would be most helpful for you right now.
Do you offer tarot readings?
Yes. I offer Tarot readings as an option in my intuitive coaching sessions. Sessions are interactive, conversational, and collaborative, using the cards as a tool for insight, reflection, and discernment rather than prediction. The focus is on clarifying what’s present, exploring options, and/or supporting aligned next steps. Tarot becomes part of a larger conversation—one that centers your agency, intuition, and intentional forward movement or healing.
