Shamanic Journeying and Ceremonial Work:
Experiential sessions for deep inner listening and clarity
Shamanic journeying is one way to access inner wisdom beyond the thinking mind. These sessions are intentionally designed to support healing, release, and reconnection through symbolic, somatic, and imaginal experience.
Sessions may involve:
- Guided journeying to connect with inner resources, symbols, ancestors, or allies
- Ceremonial practices for release, transition, or intention-setting
- Reconnecting with intuition, meaning, and purpose
- Moving through grief or life transition
- Spiritual perspective for an area of your life that you need more support and clarity

Mediumship Readings:
Heart-centered sessions for connection, meaning, and healing
Mediumship sessions offer the possibility of connection with loved ones who have passed, with the intention of supporting healing, closure, or a sense of continued bond. These sessions are held gently and ethically, with no guarantees about who comes through or what will be communicated.
The focus is on:
- Emotional resonance and connection, rather than proof
- Meaning, comfort, and perspective
- Supporting your own inner sense-making
All sessions include a grounded, compassionate container, clear boundaries and pacing, and space to reflect and integrate afterward. As a general guideline, this type of session is most beneficial 6 months to a year or longer after a major loss.
