You’re not new to healing. Neither am I.
Like many of my clients, I’ve walked the path of inner work for years—sometimes willingly, sometimes through life’s nudges and upheavals. What I’ve learned is this: healing isn’t linear, and it’s not something we do alone. I’m a therapist, coach, and guide for those who hold space for others—other therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, energy workers, and soul-centered professionals. My work is rooted in deep presence, clinical training, and an intuitive connection to the unseen. Whether we’re sitting in silence with something sacred, unraveling relationship patterns, or tuning in to your body or soul’s wisdom, I’m here to hold the full spectrum of your experience.
